  "description": "<p>This dataset contains the processed source data used to generate Figs. 4 and 5 in the article &ldquo;Experimental Evidence for Jump Rope Vortices in Turbulent Convective Superstructures&rdquo; published in Physical Review Fluids.</p>\n\n<p>The dataset includes:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Dimensionless horizontal wavelength data (<span class=\"math-tex\">\\(\\lambda\\)</span>/H) as a function of the Rayleigh number (Ra) used in Fig. 4.</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Dimensionless oscillation frequency data (fH&sup2;/<span class=\"math-tex\">\\(\\kappa\\)</span>) as a function of the Rayleigh number used in Fig. 5.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Corresponding uncertainty estimates for the experimentally obtained quantities.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>The data were extracted from ultrasonic Doppler velocimetry (UDV) measurements performed in a liquid-metal Rayleigh&ndash;B&eacute;nard convection experiment with aspect ratio <span class=\"math-tex\">\\(\\Gamma\n\\)</span>&nbsp;= 25 and Prandtl number Pr <span class=\"math-tex\">\\(\\approx\\)</span> 0.03.</p>\n\n<p>Only processed data required for reproducing the published figures are included in this repository.</p>",
