&lt;p&gt;It contains:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Time‑resolved Faraday‑rotation traces for ultrafast SOT and PSSW measurements (main text Fig. 1; Supplementary Figs. S2, S3), recorded for opposite magnetic‑field directions and both front‑ and back‑side THz illumination.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Time‑resolved spintronic THz second‑harmonic generation (ST‑SHG) traces and their processed (band‑pass‑filtered) counterparts (Figs. 2,3; Supplementary Figs. S5, S6), including measurements for different capping oxides and reference Py/Pt samples.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;THz emission waveforms for laser‑driven spintronic THz emitters (Fig. 3; Supplementary Fig. S7), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Ultrafast unidirectional spin Hall magnetoresistance (USMR) measured in the form of second‑harmonic generation (USMR‑SHG; Supplementary Fig. S8), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;STEM&amp;ndash;EDXS line‑profile data for interfacial oxidation analysis (Fig. 4).&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;THz transmission data used to extract THz‑induced current densities (Supplementary Figs. S9; Supplementary Tables S2, S3).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each data file is accompanied by a brief description of the sample, geometry, and measurement conditions.&lt;/p&gt;</subfield>
