<description descriptionType="Abstract"><p>Data set accompanying the manuscript &quot;Ultrafast spin&ndash;orbit torques and spin&ndash;charge interconversion at oxidation‑tailored NiFe/oxide interfaces.&quot;</p>
<p>It contains:</p>
<ul>
<li>Time‑resolved Faraday‑rotation traces for ultrafast SOT and PSSW measurements (main text Fig. 1; Supplementary Figs. S2, S3), recorded for opposite magnetic‑field directions and both front‑ and back‑side THz illumination.</li>
<li>Time‑resolved spintronic THz second‑harmonic generation (ST‑SHG) traces and their processed (band‑pass‑filtered) counterparts (Figs. 2,3; Supplementary Figs. S5, S6), including measurements for different capping oxides and reference Py/Pt samples.</li>
<li>THz emission waveforms for laser‑driven spintronic THz emitters (Fig. 3; Supplementary Fig. S7), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.</li>
<li>Ultrafast unidirectional spin Hall magnetoresistance (USMR) measured in the form of second‑harmonic generation (USMR‑SHG; Supplementary Fig. S8), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.</li>
<li>STEM&ndash;EDXS line‑profile data for interfacial oxidation analysis (Fig. 4).</li>
<li>THz transmission data used to extract THz‑induced current densities (Supplementary Figs. S9; Supplementary Tables S2, S3).</li>
</ul>
<p>Each data file is accompanied by a brief description of the sample, geometry, and measurement conditions.</p></description>
