S2, S3), recorded for opposite magnetic\u2011field directions and both front\u2011 and back\u2011side THz illumination.</li>\n\t<li>Time\u2011resolved spintronic THz second\u2011harmonic generation (ST\u2011SHG) traces and their processed (band\u2011pass\u2011filtered) counterparts (Figs. 2,3; Supplementary Figs. S5, S6), including measurements for different capping oxides and reference Py/Pt samples.</li>\n\t<li>THz emission waveforms for laser\u2011driven spintronic THz emitters (Fig. 3; Supplementary Fig. S7), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.</li>\n\t<li>Ultrafast unidirectional spin Hall magnetoresistance (USMR) measured in the form of second\u2011harmonic generation (USMR\u2011SHG; Supplementary Fig. S8), recorded for opposite magnetization directions.</li>\n\t<li>STEM&ndash;EDXS line\u2011profile data for interfacial oxidation analysis (Fig. 4).</li>\n\t<li>THz transmission data used to extract THz\u2011induced current densities (Supplementary Figs. S9; Supplementary Tables S2, S3).</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Each data file is accompanied by a brief description of the sample, geometry, and measurement conditions.</p>",
