This software supports the study “Range-shift prediction with prompt gamma timing in clinically realistic proton therapy fields”. It provides a Snakemake-based workflow for processing prompt gamma timing measurements, extracting histogram features, developing and selecting regression models, and evaluating proton range-shift predictions. The release includes preprocessing routines, the final prediction model, performance evaluation scripts, and configuration files to support reproduction of the study’s analyses.
