<description descriptionType="Abstract"><p>This dataset contains raw binary image data acquired with a Helicam C4 sCMOS camera during wide-field optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) experiments using a quantum silicon carbide microscope (QSiCM). The measurements were performed on 4H-SiC samples hosting silicon vacancy spin defects to image magnetic fields generated by electrical currents. The data include unprocessed two-dimensional fluorescence image stacks recorded under different microwave excitation and current pulse conditions, together with associated experimental metadata. The dataset serves as raw input for ODMR spectrum reconstruction and magnetic field imaging.</p></description>
