Tables are provided for the freeze-out lines in the plane of temperature and chemical potential in ASCII format. These lines, together with abundances of alpha particle clusters are given also in the temperature-density plane using both linear and logarithmic density scale. The data have been obtained in July-August 2024 within a collaboration between 4 authors of the publication in Phys. Lett.
