The structure is as follows: The Images folder contains the semi-artificial image sequences, the GTMask folder contains semantic masks with the same ID (gray value) for the same bubble, Nodes.pkl contains the prediction generated with the detection method described in <a href=\"http://arxiv.org/abs/2202.03107\"> "Bubble identification from images with machine learning methods"</a> and NodesGT.pkl the corresponding ground truth needed for training.
