    <subfield code="a">&lt;p&gt;Data sets of surface tension of puncine derivatives (octyl-, nonyl-, decyl-, undecyl- and heptadecyl-punicine) and oleic acid/sodium oleate in water measured with bubble pressure tensiometry at different pH and different concentrations.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Measurements were done at BP100 of KR&amp;Uuml;SS GmbH. For each mesurement the adequate amount of a 25mM surfactant solution (40 vol-% EtOH and 60vol-% distilled water) werde diluted in 70 mL of distilled water.&lt;/p&gt;</subfield>
