    <description descriptionType="Abstract">&lt;p&gt;Bei diesem Datensatz handelt es sich um die Prim&amp;auml;rdaten der Untersuchung der Wechselwirkungen eines halophilen Archaeons mit Uran(VI). Dazu wurden Konzentrationsbestimmungen mittels ICP-MS durchgef&amp;uuml;hrt, Lumineszenzspektren mittels zeitaufgel&amp;ouml;ster laserinduzierter Lumineszenzspektroskopie und IR Spektren aufgenommen. Dar&amp;uuml;ber hinaus wurden Bilder der Zellen mit Hilfe der Fluoreszenzmikroskopie aufgenommen.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
